January 8th, 2011 is the first day when I started blogging. Though I started a blog account way back in May 2009, I never posted anything in it. You can call it a turn of events or my destiny, that I have come across a girl called " Mahathi". She was an old acquaintance, in my engineering college whom I used to know as we both traveled in the same bus to college during the early days in college. We were shy to speak to each other at that time, so I never really made an attempt to talk to her. But after 4 years to be precise I became friends with her on Facebook.
It all happened that she participated on one of my facebook wall posts regarding the presence of god and the blind beliefs people had in that notion. I found her views similar to mine and found myself in her. There were lots of similarities between us and I found a good friend in her. She gave me her blogspot address to me and told me to go through some of her articles. I found her blog intresting and felt why I should not I try writting my own blog.
That evening, I re-opened my old blog account and made few changes to it and named it as " The Game Called Life". The reason behind the name was quite simple, as I always believe that Life is just a game which one should play well in order to survive and be able to be on top of your rivals. There are people around you, always trying to pull your leg down and making sure you dont surpass them. Its important that I play my cards right and take the right steps in the game of life.
I have no idea, about what I would post on my blog in the coming days, but I will write anything which is on my mind and use it as a tool to express my views. I would like to thank my friend Mahathi who showed me her blog and inspired me to start blogging.
